Paying by Invoice

Wanting to Pay by Invoice?

We now offer Pay by Invoice as an option in our checkout! If you're having trouble finding it, you can follow the directions below.

1. Head to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the menu, or by clicking the 'My Cart' button below.

2. Click the 'Check out' button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

3. Once at the checkout page, fill in your email and delivery address details.

4. Below the delivery and shipping sections, you should see our payment options listed. The bottom option should be 'Pay by Invoice' (See image)

5. Select 'Pay by Invoice' and complete your order as normal.

I've successfully placed my order, where is my invoice?

1. Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your invoice.

2. Near the top of your order confirmation email will be a link to download the tax invoice for your order as a PDF (See image red box)

3. Once you've downloaded your PDF invoice you can either view the PDF on your device or print it for physical record keeping if needed.

Note: Your invoice will contain bank details for making payment. Please remember to use your invoice number as reference when making payment. This will help to avoid confusion as we process your order/payment.
